Back & Bi Day

Back & Bi's [01-22-2014]

Various Grip Pull Ups - 4 x 10
Bent Over Rows - 3 x 12
Lat Pull downs - 4 x 12
Cable Back Flys - 3 x 10

Preacher Curls - 4 x 10
Spider Curls - 3 x 12
*Rope Curls - 4 x 10
*Hammer Curls - 4 x 10
Easy Grip Wide Curl Burnout 3 x 12

Finish up with 5 min abs and with a light 5 min jog!

* = Super setting two or more workouts, meaning doing each of the asterisk workouts right after one another with no rest.

I usually love to take a pre-workout to get the blood flowing at higher intensities and to get me hyped up and not so lazy. Some also help you get that last rep you just need a tad bit of help to complete. Right after my workout I love to take a protein shake with a banana to refuel the body of the nutrients and necessities I need to recover from the enduring workout.
